Recognized like the best gliding manual published in America, «Glider Flying Handbook» is the official text of the F.A.A. for the pilots of our sport. With lots of color illustrations, this complete manual analises all the necessary aspects for the practice of soaring. If you do not need the book physically, you can download it in pdf format from the FAA web.
The manual of the B.G.A. hardly requires any presentation. Now, we propose to you its reviewed and updated second edition «Gliding - The Theory of Flight», that stands out by the simplicity of its explanations, starting with the most basic principles.
Newly arrived... The last edition of the mythical French Blue Book « Manuel du Pilote - Vol à Voile, 7ème édition » is already with us. This manual is world-wide well-known, so it is almost not necessary to say that it is one of the most sold guides in the market for soaring instruction. The French system of instruction is envied for being extremely progressive and structured; and this book is a faithful reflection of it.
Remember that modelcards are not exclusively conceived for the youngest in the family. We have incorporated one amusing serie of modelcards to build sailplanes like Baby II, Bocian, Olympia or Mucha.
